How to prepare for your new online and mobile banking experience
- Before April 17th, make sure that your contact information (address, email and phone number) are current in online banking today.
- Download or print your statements. Previous statements will not be available in the new system.
- Make a note of any recurring or scheduled transactions that occur after April 17th. These transactions will not transfer to the new online and mobile banking platform - you will need to set these up in the new Bill Pay system on or after April 20th.
- If you currently have a debit card, watch for your new card to arrive in the mail. You will receive a separate mailer with your PIN number. Put your new card and PIN in a safe place until you can activate it on April 20th. Continue to use your debit card through Sunday, April 19th. For security reasons, the envelopes will have no reference to the bank or card vendor, so please keep an eye out for them.
- If you have recurring payments attached to your debit card, you will need to make a note of those transactions and update those payments with your new debit card number.
